1. Object

These terms and conditions govern the use of the online booking system that the restaurant makes available to you through Qomanda, the booking platform operated by ALTURE DIGITAL SL. The consumer relationship (the booking and the restaurant service) is established between you and the restaurant. By making a booking, you accept these terms and conditions. Privacy Policy.

2. Reservations

• The availability shown is indicative and is subject to confirmation by the restaurant.
• You must provide truthful information. Fraudulent or automated use of the engine is prohibited.
• You can manage or cancel your booking from the link in your confirmation email.

3. Subscription (restaurants)

Access to the restaurant management panel is provided via subscription. The pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms are detailed during the subscription process. The subscription can be canceled at any time through the billing portal; the service remains active until the end of the paid period.

4. Responsibility

The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for interruptions beyond our control or for misuse by the user. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded.

5. Applicable legislation

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
